**Objective**

**We are seeking candidates holding a degree related to social work (Psychology, Social Education, Social Work, etc.)** and with 2–3 years of experience working with minors under protection or at risk of social exclusion.
Immediate availability required.
Indefinite-term contract
Working hours: Part-time
**Schedule: coverage of all Saturday and Sunday shifts.**
Additional training in Gender Equality, Positive Parenting, or Therapeutic Parenting will be valued.
Main responsibilities:
* Serve as a trusted reference figure for children, adolescents, their families, and other professionals involved in interventions, ensuring humane and professional treatment that addresses their needs and supports recovery from harm suffered.
* Provide direct care, support, guidance, professional judgment, and accompaniment to children and adolescents, safeguarding their rights and ensuring compliance with legal regulations on Child and Adolescent Protection.
* Listen to, assess, facilitate, support, and back up minors, channeling their impulses and containing them through work grounded in their personal experiences; act as calming figures in situations causing concern or anxiety—including academic matters and leisure culture—and provide information and pathways to learning.
* Promote children’s and adolescents’ understanding of their personal and family identity as a foundational element for healthy development, encouraging beneficial contacts and relationships, and ensuring their realization.
* Participate in and organize educational tasks in coordination with the full team of professionals working with the minor, to jointly establish measurable operational objectives across all developmental domains.
**Profile:**
* Residence in Madrid.
* Training in Gender Equality and Positive Parenting will be valued.
* 2–3 years of experience working with minors.
