We love what we do and seek people who share that passion and desire to grow with us. **What will you do as our Mechanical Supervisor?** Your primary mission will be to ensure that all mechanical aspects of our projects run smoothly. This includes: * **On-site supervision:** Hands-on! You’ll be right at the heart of operations, directly supervising assembly, maintenance, and repair tasks for mechanical equipment and installations. We value your practical insight and experience to ensure flawless execution. * **Planning and coordination:** You’ll work closely with teams to plan activities, ensuring adherence to strict deadlines, quality standards, and safety requirements. Experience with tools such as Primavera or MS Project is a plus! * **Team management:** You’ll lead and motivate your team, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Your ability to inspire and guide will be key. * **Quality and safety control:** You’ll ensure all operations comply with current regulations and Eosol Group’s internal procedures — especially regarding safety. Safety first! * **Documentation and reporting:** You’ll maintain detailed activity records, prepare progress reports, and manage necessary technical documentation. Proficiency in Excel and Word will be your greatest ally. * **Collaboration:** You’ll work closely with other departments (engineering, procurement, etc.) to ensure seamless project execution. **What are we looking for in you?** * **Experience:** Minimum 5 years of proven experience in similar roles, preferably in turnaround preparation, maintenance, or engineering/construction projects within the petrochemical industry. We know you have much to offer! * **Field experience:** This is critical! Prior experience as a mechanical supervisor in the field is highly valued. We seek someone who knows the terrain. * **Maintenance/repair experience:** If you also have background in maintenance and repair, even better! Your hands-on expertise will be invaluable to us. * **IT tools:** Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
