**At Externa**, we are looking for a **Factory Manager** to join a major industrial sector client. We seek a **proactive individual with solid technical experience and leadership skills**, who will assume full responsibility for managing the production plant, coordinating production and maintenance teams, and contributing to the continuous optimization of processes in a **dynamic and stable work environment**. Responsibilities: * Planning and monitoring the Maintenance Plan * Optimizing and planning machinery and production improvements * Managing and maintaining inventory of machinery, materials, and repairs * Liaising with material suppliers and tracking budgets * Developing and implementing maintenance protocols for staff (records, work orders, training, manuals) * Repairing breakdowns and executing work orders * Monitoring work performed by external suppliers and maintenance contracts * Supporting Production regarding personnel and maintenance matters * Commissioning new machinery or new production processes * Ensuring security of facility entrance doors * Maintaining factory order and cleanliness * Monitoring tasks assigned to production staff * Acting as backup for the Production Manager * Motivating staff Requirements: * Academic qualification and/or specialization: Vocational Training in Electricity / Warehouse Course, etc. * Experience: Required in Maintenance and/or similar positions Offer: * Direct employment contract with the company. * Salary: €28,000 gross/year.
