Working in an environment with strict safety and hygiene regulations We are seeking personnel to perform dismantling and cutting tasks for meat products at a food processing plant located in Santa Oliva. Duties include processing poultry, beef, and lamb, adhering to food quality and safety standards. Precision is required to optimize raw material yield and minimize waste. The role also involves participation in the final production of products, preparing them for packaging or distribution. It is essential to keep the work area clean and organized, applying sector-specific hygiene and safety protocols. Additionally, support will be provided for other auxiliary tasks to ensure smooth production flow. The workplace complies with strict safety and hygiene regulations, and work must be carried out methodically and efficiently during an intensive morning shift. A proactive and responsible attitude, as well as teamwork to achieve daily objectives, are highly valued. At least two years of prior experience in meat cutting and dismantling is required. Experience in butcher shops or meat processing plants will be considered favorably. A personal vehicle is required for commuting to the workplace.
