Position Summary: We are seeking a Shift Supervisor / Production Manager to coordinate and supervise the production process, ensuring proper shift operation and achievement of objectives. Leadership and team management capabilities A company in the polyurethane foam injection industry is looking to hire a **Shift Supervisor / Production Manager** to coordinate and supervise the on-site production process. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring proper operation of the production shift, guaranteeing achievement of quality, productivity, and safety objectives. **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate and supervise the production team during the shift. * Organize tasks and allocate resources. * Monitor adherence to production plans. * Supervise in-process product quality. * Resolve on-site incidents. * Coordinate with maintenance and logistics as needed. * Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations. * Report production status and incidents to management. **Requirements** * Prior experience in a similar role (shift supervisor, production supervisor, or production manager). * Experience in an industrial/factory environment. * Leadership and team management capabilities. * Results-oriented mindset and problem-solving skills. * Basic maintenance knowledge or familiarity with industrial processes is desirable. * Availability to work rotating shifts (if applicable).
