If you are passionate about Labor Law and have experience in human resources management, we invite you to join our team as a Human Resources Technician specialized in Labor Law.
Main Responsibilities:
* Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with current labor legislation, keeping the company updated on legislative changes and applicable regulations.
* Disciplinary Regime: Drafting of hearings, warnings, sanctions, formal notices, dismissals, reminder letters, etc.
* Employment Contract Management, Expirations, and Extensions: Drafting, reviewing, and monitoring employment contracts.
* Tracking and preparation of documentation related to Conciliation Proceedings, Court Hearings, Labor Inspections, etc.
* Resolution of Labor Disputes: Play a key role in mediating potential labor conflicts, managing incidents promptly and effectively, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
* Training: Contribute to employees’ continuous training by providing access to courses and subsidizing eligible ones through FUNDAE.
What Are We Looking For?
* Education: University degree in Law, Labor Relations and Human Resources, or
* Dual Degree in Law and Business Administration (specialization in Labor Law is highly valued).
* Experience: At least 2 years of experience handling labor and legal matters within a company or consultancy/gestoría.
* Immediate availability to join.
* In-depth knowledge of Spanish labor legislation, with experience managing employment contracts, contractual modifications, and application of collective bargaining agreements.
* Interpersonal Skills: Ability to mediate in conflict situations and provide clear, effective advice to both employees and executives.
* Organization and Autonomy: Capacity to manage multiple tasks and processes while maintaining high accuracy and efficiency.
* Proficiency in digital tools: Excel and Human Resources Management Systems (A3\ is a plus).
