Initiative and ability to work in a team **Receptionist for Tourist Apartments** A leading company in Puerto Banús specializing in tourist apartment management—and currently undergoing expansion—is looking for a dynamic, proactive, and customer-service-oriented individual to fill the receptionist position. **Minimum Requirements:** \- Degree in Tourism or related field. \- Minimum 1\-2 years of experience in the described position. \- Advanced English proficiency is mandatory; knowledge of additional languages is a plus. **Main Responsibilities:** \- Reservation management, billing, collections, etc. \- Guest reception. \- Customer service via phone and in person. \- Handling and managing incidents. \- Portal / OTA management. \- Coordination of cleaning and maintenance departments. \- Familiarity with hotel management software. \- Strong customer orientation and dedication to the role. \- Person with initiative and ability to work in a team. **Offered:** \- Initial permanent discontinuous full-time contract (40 hours/week). \- Rotating morning and afternoon shifts. No night shifts. \- Salary according to collective agreement. \- Positive working environment alongside an excellent team.
