Generalist HR Technician

We are looking for a **Generalist HR Technician**, for a company located in the San Javier area, Campo de Cartagena **What will be your mission?** Provide support in managing various Human Resources processes: labor matters, personnel administration, recruitment, etc. Assist in implementing and monitoring HR policies and procedures. #### **Responsibilities:** * Prepare and manage the entire payroll process, including reviewing working hours, calculating salaries, deductions, and taxes. * Coordinate and administer employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring proper registration and documentation. * Manage the preparation and signing of employment contracts. * Assist in managing HR software systems implemented in the company for daily HR operations. * Personnel recruitment. * Collaborate in various departmental tasks. #### **What profile are we seeking?** ##### **Requirements** * Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources or similar roles. * Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. * Solid knowledge of contract drafting, payroll processing, social security contributions, Delta system, CASIA, settlement documents (finiquitos), contrat@, HR management software, etc. * Strong communication skills and interpersonal abilities. * Familiarity with HR management tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). #### **What does the company offer?** * Permanent contract. * Salary: approx. €25K. * Full-time schedule. * Working hours: Monday–Thursday 8:30–18:00, Friday 8:00–15:00. * Opportunities for professional growth and development. * Inclusive and collaborative work environment.
