Job Summary: We are seeking a concierge to safeguard the building, control access, monitor equipment, receive mail, lead evacuations, and provide assistance during emergencies. Key Highlights: 1. Key building security and management functions. 2. Active role in emergencies and assistance to people. 3. Monitoring the proper operation of equipment. We are looking for a person to perform concierge duties in a building in Fonsagrada, A. A Basic General Education or ESO qualification will be valued, as well as intermediate-level computer skills. Prior experience in similar positions, as well as knowledge of occupational risk prevention, quality, and environmental matters, will also be considered. Main responsibilities include safeguarding the building and controlling access. The candidate will also be responsible for monitoring the proper operation of the condominium’s equipment, receiving mail, and, in case of emergencies or incidents, leading evacuations and assisting people. A full-time work schedule with rotating shifts is offered: three days per week one week, and four days the next, always from 11:00 to 22:00\. The contract will be temporary.
