Job Summary: We are seeking an overhead crane operator for an aluminum manufacturing company, with availability for rotating shifts and split shifts. Key Highlights: 1. Possibility of transitioning to permanent staff We require an overhead crane operator to work in Villarejo de Salvanés, Madrid, at an aluminum industry company. A valid overhead crane license or relevant experience is required, along with immediate availability, a valid driver's license, and availability for rotating shifts — morning (07:00\-15:00\), afternoon (15:00\-23:00\), and night (23:00\-07:00\) — as well as split shifts and overtime. A gross hourly wage of €12.13 is offered, with an initial contract subject to monthly renewals and the possibility of transitioning to permanent staff. Training for obtaining the overhead crane certification and a 20-hour metalworking course are included. Prior completion of the 20-hour metalworking course in person is considered an advantage.
