Inventory and order management Hotel d'Alella is looking for an Assistant Hotel Housekeeping Manager with a minimum of 2 years' verifiable experience. Offers a temporary contract of approximately 6 months to cover a long-term sick leave (IT), with potential for permanent incorporation into the company. Full-time schedule from 9:00 to 17:00 (variable depending on operational needs), two consecutive days off, and one weekend off per month. Gross monthly salary: €1,670. Supervise room and common area cleaning. Coordinate the housekeeping and floor attendant team. Conduct quality inspections and monitor incidents. Collaborate in shift planning, vacation scheduling, and operational requirements. Manage inventories and orders. Monitor compliance with internal procedures and quality standards. Coordinate with reception and maintenance departments. * Experience: 24 months. Minimum 2 years' verifiable experience in a similar role or as a room attendant with supervisory responsibilities. * Competencies / Knowledge: Leadership ability, organizational skills, and teamwork orientation.
