




Job Summary: We are seeking a hotel receptionist to provide customer service, manage reservations, and coordinate internal operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer service and resolution of inquiries. 2. Reservation management and internal coordination. 3. Tourist information and incident handling. The hotel in Esplugues de Llobregat requires a receptionist. Proficiency in Spanish and English at an advanced level (B2/C1\) is mandatory, along with a minimum of one year’s experience in hotel front desks. Permanent contract. Availability for rotating afternoon and night shifts, or night shifts only from Monday to Sunday, with established rest days. Gross monthly salary: €1440.89 for 12 payments per year, plus applicable allowances. Customer Service: Greet guests, provide information, and resolve inquiries courteously. Check-in and Check-out: Register arrivals and departures, issue keys, and process payments. Reservation Management: Confirm, modify, or cancel reservations. Telephone Support: Answer calls and route them to the appropriate departments. Tourist Information: Recommend points of interest, transportation options, and local services. Internal Coordination: Communicate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments. Incident Handling: Address complaints or issues and seek prompt solutions. Administrative Control: File documents, review receivables, and update data in the system. * Experience: 12 months.
