Conduct financial and budgetary analysis to support decision-making **Administration and Billing Manager** We are looking for a professional with extensive experience in administration, accounting, and finance to lead our department. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all company administration and billing processes, ensuring accurate recording and control of financial transactions. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * **Accounting**: Ensure proper recording of all financial transactions in accordance with the Spanish General Accounting Plan. * **Analytical accounting**: Perform detailed analysis of financial statements, budgets, and cash flows to support decision-making. * **Tax administration**: Manage tax calculation and payment, as well as provide tax advisory services to the company. * **Journal entries**: Ensure correct classification and recording of journal entries. Conduct balance sheet, consumption, and budget analyses. Prepare financial and management reports for senior management. * **Facility and service monitoring**: Accompany suppliers on-site, manage building incidents, coordinate and monitor maintenance work. * **Document archive management** and digitalization projects, organization, incident handling. Debt collection and follow-up. * **Operational and procurement management**: Coordinate incidents, manage procurement and stock control, coordinate orders with suppliers. Request and compare quotations, track orders and deliveries. * **Finance**: Oversee cash flow management, accounts receivable and payable, and budgetary control. * **Financial analysis**: Perform ratio, indicator, and financial projection analyses to support strategic decision-making. **Requirements:** * University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or Accounting. * Proven experience of at least 2 years in similar managerial roles in administration and finance. * Solid knowledge of **accounting, analytical accounting, tax administration, tax settlement, budgeting and cost optimization, accounting reporting, finance, procurement management, and supplier coordination**. * Excellent numerical, organizational, and time-management skills. * Proficiency in office tools (Excel, ERP, etc.) and familiarity with accounting software. * Strong analytical ability, organized and solution-oriented profile with attention to detail.
