Location: Tarragona (43002, Tarragonès) Customer Service and Sales: In-person service to families, enrollment management, and follow-up calls to close sales. Administrative Management: Monitoring student and teacher attendance, managing the database (CRM), and tracking receipts and unpaid invoices. Operational Coordination: Resolving scheduling issues, welcoming new students for level assessments, and agile communication via WhatsApp and telephone. Center Management: Overall supervision of classroom conditions and facility closing procedures. * Minimum 1 year of experience. We require a candidate with at least one year of experience in this sector and strong interpersonal skills. * Professional Specialization Qualification * Catalan (spoken: advanced; written: advanced) * Competencies / Knowledge: At Activatic Invest S.L., we seek an energetic individual with excellent communication skills and strong organizational abilities to manage our center’s daily operations. Prior demonstrable experience in this sector and fluency in spoken and written Catalan will be highly valued.
