Job Summary: We are seeking personnel for home care assistance, providing companionship and support in daily activities to users in their homes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assisting users in their own homes 2. Accompanying and supporting users in daily activities 3. Monitoring the user's well-being Personnel are needed for home care assistance in the Monte\-López Álvarez area of Martos (Jaén). Tasks include attending to users in their own homes, following care guidelines established by the home care coordination team, in accordance with each individual's personalized care plan. Duties involve companionship, support in daily activities, and monitoring the user's well-being. An initial temporary contract is offered, with a weekly working schedule of thirty hours. Salary complies with the applicable collective bargaining agreement, and the start date is immediate. * Preferred qualifications: Auxiliary Healthcare Certification (Nursing, Clinical, Sociohealthcare, or similar), TCAE (Technical Assistant in Nursing), or Professional Certification in Sociohealthcare for Dependent Persons in Social Institutions. * Minimum of three months' relevant experience is desirable.
