Requirements * Qualification: Not required. * Preferred: Training in industrial or technological fields: Vocational Training Cycle (CFGM / CFGS) in Electronics, Electricity, Mechanics, or related disciplines. ️ Industrial management software knowledge: Prior experience with tools such as SAP or manufacturing/production modules. Prior experience in electronic component soldering or fine wiring. * Requirements: Attention to detail, rigor, and high precision: You will handle delicate electronic components where care and quality make the difference. Teamwork capability: Strong communication skills and adaptability to established procedures. + Agility and efficient workload management: Ability to maintain a consistent and organized pace. * Mandatory: Demonstrable prior experience in industrial environments, assembly lines, manufacturing, or assembly of electrical/electronic components. ️ Manual dexterity and tool proficiency: Ease in handling manual, electric, and precision tools. Basic digital competencies: Windows user for process registration and tracking. Immediate availability and flexibility in working hours according to production needs. Residence in Centelles, Osona, or nearby areas. Personal vehicle or other means of transport to commute to the workplace. Other requirements:* Precision assembly and mounting: Connecting and assembling electronic circuit boards, digital displays, and energy equipment in strict compliance with technical specifications. Thorough quality control: Ensuring all displays and circuits meet operational standards and high-quality requirements before shipment. Workplace maintenance: Maintaining order, safety, cleanliness, and efficiency at the workstation/assembly line. Proactive mindset and continuous improvement: Collaborating with the rest of the team to optimize and streamline assembly processes.
