Imagine being the personal advisor for clients, travel agencies, and event organizers, guiding them to find the perfect hotel solution! Your main responsibilities will include: * **End-to-end management of group reservation requests:** You will handle the entire process — from the moment a call or email arrives until the reservation is confirmed. Nothing slips through your fingers! * **Personalized advisory services:** You will attentively listen to our clients and offer them the best solution based on their needs: dates, room types, meals, extra services… You hold the magic wand! * **Preparation of customized quotations:** You will create unique, tailored offers that make groups eager to book with us — no question about it. * **Allotment management and control:** You will ensure everything runs smoothly regarding allocated rooms, monitoring key dates such as release and cancellation deadlines. Maximum organization! * **Preparation, dispatch, and negotiation of contracts:** You will serve as Leonardo Hotels’ ambassador, negotiating optimal commercial terms, payment policies, deadlines, and penalties. A true negotiation expert! * **Coordination with other departments:** You will work hand-in-hand with Front Office, Revenue, and Accounting to ensure flawless payments, deposits, invoicing, and file closures. Teamwork is essential! * **Reservation and data monitoring and updating:** You will keep all information up to date in our PMS and other internal tools.
