Job Summary: Maintenance Technician responsible for carrying out corrective and preventive maintenance activities to ensure the reliability and performance of facilities. Key Highlights: 1. Participates in the installation of new production equipment and facilities Maintenance Technician Marcilla Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, responsible for executing corrective maintenance activities and those defined in the maintenance plan, on time, with required quality and compliance with technical instructions, work orders, and directives from the Maintenance Manager, as well as in accordance with Refresco Iberia’s policies, regulations, and management systems, to ensure the reliability, performance, availability, and sustainability of facilities, equipment, and auxiliary resources. Key Responsibilities: * Executes activities within the Preventive Maintenance Plan for critical machines and facilities at the plant, on time and with required quality. * Complies with technical maintenance instructions for machinery. * Performs corrective maintenance activities on-site, following agreed and shared standards, processes, and procedures, in accordance with work orders, on time and with required quality, to minimize machine downtime and ensure proper and high-quality operation. * Analyzes and investigates root causes of incidents and failures occurring in machinery that necessitate corrective maintenance. * Conducts equipment inspection and installation activities in accordance with work orders. * Maintains, updates, and manages equipment manuals documentation. * Prepares incident reports. * Supervises external technical service activities on-site, ensuring compliance with Refresco Iberia’s regulations. * Participates in the installation of new production equipment and general plant facilities. Employee Profile: Required Industry Experience: * Education: Degree in Electricity, Mechanics, or Mechatronics. * 2 years’ experience in maintenance roles within industry, preferably in consumer goods and beverages. * Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety (PRL) regulations. * Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing. * Knowledge of MRP, SAP, and maintenance applications (CMMS).
