Description
We are seeking a person to supervise and coordinate the daily operations of a warehouse in a company operating in the nutraceutical and pharmaceutical sectors. The main responsibility is to lead logistics activities, managing inbound and outbound material flows, order control, and transportation documentation to ensure regulatory compliance. This role also handles both paper-based and ERP system archiving to guarantee full traceability, and organizes finished product shipments in coordination with production.
Key responsibilities include monitoring food safety standards during transportation and storage, reporting incidents, and participating in corrective actions. In addition, warehouse tasks are planned, labels for raw materials and products are printed, and telephone inquiries from customers and suppliers regarding deliveries are addressed. Stock management and support to the warehouse staff team are essential.
The position requires alignment with certifications such as FSSC 22000 v6 and GMPs, applying HACCP procedures. A temporary contract is offered with potential for subsequent permanent integration, a gross hourly salary of EUR 13.64, and working hours from Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:30, including a 30-minute break.
Proven experience in warehouse and logistics management, preferably within the food or pharmaceutical sector. Knowledge of ERP systems and document management for delivery notes, purchase orders, and certificates. Understanding of food safety standards, FSSC 22000, and GMPs. Ability to coordinate teams and plan logistics activities. Communication skills for handling customer and supplier inquiries. Diligence in implementing HACCP procedures and quality regulations.
