Requirements: **Education** One of the following degrees is mandatory: * Bachelor's Degree in Architecture * Bachelor's Degree in Building Engineering * Bachelor's Degree in Surveying * Drafting/Design Technician qualification **Experience and Skills** Mandatory: * Advanced 2D AutoCAD knowledge (proficiency test will be administered). Desirable: * Three years’ experience in building project development, civil works drawings, and installation drawings. * Layout design. * Projects for tertiary, retail, and/or industrial buildings. * Experience in construction execution. **Other Requirements** Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. Willingness and ability to travel frequently (management area: Lleida, Tarragona, western/southern Barcelona, and Huesca). If your profile matches our requirements, we can offer you: 40 hours/week Annual Gross Salary from 59\.362€ up to 90\.115€ Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities * Preparation of drawings for supermarket basic and execution projects. * Internal store implementation. * Ensuring timely and accurate information delivery on document management platforms. * Knowledge of and ability to draft spatial layouts and installations according to Mercadona-defined criteria.
