The warehouse operator position requires active participation in the fundamental logistics tasks of a distribution facility. Key responsibilities include accurate order preparation, ensuring that each shipment meets customer specifications. This involves continuous use of PDA devices to scan and verify products, guaranteeing a high level of accuracy in the picking process. Additionally, staff are responsible for receiving new goods, performing unloading, quantity verification, and initial quality control. It is essential to maintain order and cleanliness in the warehouse area, organizing products according to established criteria to optimize space and facilitate access. This role is critical within the supply chain, as efficient performance directly impacts delivery times and end-customer satisfaction. The work environment is dynamic and physically demanding, requiring constant attention to detail and the ability to adapt to changes in demand. Organization and accountability are indispensable qualities for conducting accurate inventory counts and avoiding discrepancies. Work is carried out in teams, coordinating activities with other departments to ensure a seamless operational flow from receiving through to dispatch. Working hours run from Monday to Friday, offering stability in scheduled workdays. Candidates must be available to work rotating shifts covering morning, afternoon, and night hours from Monday to Friday.
