We do not seek experience alone: we seek attitude, leadership ability, and eagerness to learn. **What will be your mission?** You will be a key figure within your shift, helping organize the team and ensuring daily work proceeds efficiently. *Your main responsibilities will include*: * Organizing and coordinating the team during your shift. * Supporting, motivating, and guiding team members. * Monitoring daily tasks and objectives. * Identifying issues and proposing solutions. * Suggesting improvements to service organization and operations. * Maintaining constant communication with the team and supervisors. * Conducting follow-up meetings and activity reporting. **What are we looking for?** * Minimum 1 year of experience managing or coordinating teams. * Strong communication and organizational skills. * A solution-oriented, responsible, and proactive individual. * Ability to make decisions and manage day-to-day situations. * Proficiency with Office tools—especially Excel, Word, and Outlook. * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. **What do we offer?** * Stable employment contract. * Gross annual salary of €22,000 in 12 monthly payments. * Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week. * Rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night), Monday through Sunday, according to the schedule. * Annual training plan. * Ongoing support throughout your professional development in this role. * Real opportunities for growth and internal promotion. * Opportunity to gain leadership and team management experience within a growing company. **We seek potential** This position may be especially suitable for you if you have already begun managing people and your next professional step is to become an effective team leader.
