Participates in the preparation and setup of work areas and events. **Description:** ---------------- We are offering a **Waiter/Waitress Assistant** position for our upcoming opening of the **Amàre Sancti Petri Hotel in Chiclana de la Frontera, Cádiz**. Continuous training: we invest in and promote your talent, with special emphasis on improving your language skills. * **Your typical day will sound like this…** * Carry out customer service duties at various sales points, following the protocols established for each. * Ensure achievement of departmental objectives, as well as compliance with critical processes and service execution in the area, in line with hotel-established standards. * Greet, accompany, advise, and bid farewell to customers. * Inform and advise customers about the various products offered. * Take orders and serve customer requests. * Process billing and collect payment from customers. * Assist in preparing work areas for service, including setting up and disconnecting electronic devices used during service. * Assist in setting up tables for service according to the manual and Fuerte Group protocols applicable in each case, verifying that all items meet required standards. * Assist in setting up and dismantling buffet areas, as well as serving at the buffet. * Monitor and inspect materials necessary for proper performance of job functions. * Review and verify that deliveries received at sales points match delivery notes and original purchase orders. * Store received products/materials in designated storage areas and assist in restocking them. * Conduct available stock control. * Assist in preparing and setting up special events, coordinated with the responsible manager. **Requirements:** --------------- **You’re ideal for this role if…** Vocational Training / Intermediate or Higher Degree in Food and Beverage Services.
