Description

The Comarcal Council of Terra Alta requires a worker registered with the SOC to carry out tasks corresponding to the Accompaniment Action of the Employment and Training Program (TRFO) Municipal Line 2026\. The university degree must be in the social field (Sociology, Social Work, Psychology, Pedagogy). A Catalan language level C1 is an essential requirement, and higher levels will be valued. Holding a driver’s license is highly desirable. Experience accredited in accompaniment actions within TRFO programs will also be valued. Support individuals hired under the Terra Alta TRFO Municipal 2026 Program. Guide and direct them during program implementation to ensure better adaptation to the workplace and strengthen competencies, as well as facilitate their participation in the established training. Manage the various lines of the TRFO 2026 Program promoted by the Comarcal Council of Terra Alta. Carry out the technical and administrative procedures related to the implementation and justification of these actions. * BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN SOCIOLOGY OR EQUIVALENT * BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN PEDAGOGY OR EQUIVALENT * BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN PSYCHOLOGY OR EQUIVALENT * Catalan (spoken: advanced; written: advanced) * Competencies / knowledge: A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or equivalent is also acceptable. Experience accredited in accompaniment actions within TRFO programs will be valued. * Temporary employment contract (12 months) * Part-time schedule (13 hours per week) * Gross monthly salary: 600 * Other relevant information: Holding a driver’s license is highly desirable.
