**SUPERVISOR FOR A 4-STAR SUPERIOR HOTEL – MADRID CITY** Talencia Services is seeking a Supervisor for a high-end hotel in Madrid (central area). **What We Are Looking For** * Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a Supervisor or Assistant Housekeeping Manager in 4- or 5-star hotels. * Strong attention to detail and quality control. * Firm, approachable, and respectful leadership. * Strong organizational and planning skills. * Ability to train and motivate teams. * Excellent communication and professional interpersonal skills. * Incident management and conflict resolution skills. * English language proficiency. **What We Offer** * Permanent contract * Full-time schedule (40 hours per week – 8 hours per day) * Salary: €26,000 gross annually (12 payments) + €1,500 variable bonus * Accommodation Agreement with the Community of Madrid * Real opportunity for long-term continuity and stability **Your Responsibilities** * Organization, coordination, and supervision of the housekeeping department. * Implementation and monitoring of 4-star superior standards. * Preparation of staff schedules and productivity monitoring. * Supervision of guest rooms and public areas. * Coordination with front desk and maintenance departments. * Ongoing team training. **Talencia Services** is a national company with over 20 years of experience in the hospitality and services sector, committed to quality and operational excellence.
