The professional holding this position will be responsible for preparing, programming, and supervising the operation of CNC machining centers specialized in processing parts made from polystyrene. This activity requires meticulous attention to technical details and a deep understanding of manufacturing processes, ensuring that each part meets the dimensional and quality specifications established by customers. Interpreting technical drawings and three-dimensional models is a fundamental part of the job, as it guides the precise configuration of machines for correct execution of each machining task. In addition to tasks directly related to CNC operations, the operator will handle forklifts to safely and efficiently transport material blocks, as well as properly feed and position them into machines. This aspect of the role demands dexterity and strict adherence to safety protocols to prevent accidents and material damage. The position also includes performing basic mechanical adjustments, carrying out first-level preventive maintenance tasks, and resolving operational incidents that may arise in equipment, thereby maintaining production continuity and efficiency. Quality verification—both visual and dimensional—of the finished product constitutes another key responsibility. This involves using measuring instruments and comparing results against defined standards, ensuring every part leaving the workshop conforms to requirements. The work environment is dynamic and characterized by rotating shifts covering morning, afternoon, and night shifts from Monday to Friday, demanding adaptability and commitment from the candidate. The company provides specific training on proprietary technology for manufacturing unique structures and decorative elements, fostering continuous learning. Initial employment is on a temporary basis, with a realistic prospect of permanent integration into the workforce based on performance. The salary is competitive and includes a night-shift premium. Working hours are organized into rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts from Monday to Friday. Personal vehicle availability is required for commuting to the workplace. A Medium or Higher Vocational Training qualification in fields such as Mechatronics, Machining, or Industrial Maintenance is required. A valid forklift license and demonstrable experience operating forklifts are mandatory. Candidates must possess solid knowledge of mechanics or machining, good spatial vision, and the ability to interpret technical drawings and 3D models.
