Direct client management DESCRIPTION Currently, we are seeking Security Guards with a genuine upper-intermediate level of English (conversational proficiency) to support a strategic client of the company. Responsibilities: * Protection of assets and people, surveillance and control of facilities. * Ensuring compliance with our clients' internal regulations, controlling access, identifying individuals, preventing criminal acts, and cooperating with Spanish State Security Forces and Corps. * Direct client management. * Internal procedure control. * Permanent contract. * Full-time schedule. * Training and professional development. * Salary according to collective agreement REQUIREMENTS * MANDATORY possession of the Private Security Officer License (T.I.P.) issued by the Ministry of the Interior. (Applicants not meeting this requirement will not be considered). * Strong communication and negotiation skills with clients. * English level B2\. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Availability to work 24/7\. * Prior experience in team management and administrative tasks is desirable.
