The primary responsibility is direct customer service, delivering personalized and attentive advice to ensure an exclusive shopping experience. Daily tasks include keeping the store tidy and visually appealing, ensuring all items are in perfect condition and ready for sale. It is also essential to handle the cash register accurately and efficiently, as well as participate in product restocking and inventory control to ensure smooth internal operations. Additionally, you will support promotional activities and in-store events, assisting the team with commercial initiatives. The work environment is dynamic, requiring adaptability, willingness to collaborate, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Organized individuals with a goal-oriented mindset are highly valued. Fluency in Spanish is mandatory; knowledge of English or other languages is a plus, given the highly international setting. Prior experience in sales or customer service—preferably within fashion, luxury, or retail—is required. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
