Job Summary: We are seeking a Return Receptionist for a 4-star boutique hotel, responsible for customer service, administrative management, and reservations, with a strong service orientation and excellent communication skills. Continuous training and learning. Our client is a 4-star boutique hotel located in the center of Barcelona. As a Return Receptionist, your responsibilities will include: • Customer service at the front desk: check\-in, check\-out, and personalized assistance. • Administrative management of the department: billing and credit control; reservation management; daily closing procedures; customer communication via e\-mail. * 2 years of experience. • 2 to 3 years of experience in similar roles. * Medium-level Vocational Training (FP) qualification. * Competencies / Knowledge: • We value a Higher Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) in Hospitality and Tourism. • Advanced level of English (mandatory). • French language skills are valued but not required. • Experience with hotel property management systems (PMS), such as Ulyses icloud, is valued though not mandatory. Required competencies and skills: • Exceptional customer interaction skills and strong service orientation. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure. Other aspects: • Strong communication skills. • Availability for rotating morning and afternoon shifts. * Permanent employment contract. * Full-time position. * Additional information: • Stable employment contract according to the applicable collective agreement. • Full-time schedule. • Rotating morning and afternoon shifts.
