At Homs Rentals, specialists in scaffolding rental and assembly, we are currently seeking an immediate **Multifunctional Administrative Assistant** to join our branch located in **Leganés**. If you are an organized, solution-oriented individual capable of managing multiple daily tasks and enjoy client interaction, we want to meet you! **Responsibilities and Duties** -------------------------------- * **Client and Supplier Support:** Answering incoming calls, resolving inquiries, and managing the branch’s email correspondence. * **Document Management:** Filing, tracking delivery notes, invoicing (issued and received), and supporting collections management. * **Commercial Support:** Managing scaffolding rental orders, preparing basic quotations, and coordinating delivery/pickup dates with technical or transport teams. * **Data Entry:** Inputting information into the company’s ERP system. * **General Office Tasks:** Managing day-to-day operations of the branch to ensure smooth functioning. **Required Qualifications** ------------------------- * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in similar administrative roles. Prior experience in construction, machinery rental, scaffolding, or logistics companies is highly valued. * **Education:** Intermediate or Advanced Vocational Training (FP) in Administration and Finance, Administrative Management, or related fields. * **IT Skills:** Proficient use of Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
