At Caravaning Montgri, we are looking for a friendly, organized, and solution-oriented person to fill the receptionist position. We aim to hire someone with a strong presence, excellent communication skills, and a genuine vocation for customer service, who enjoys teamwork and pays attention to every detail. The selected candidate will be the company’s first point of contact; therefore, we seek an approachable, professional profile capable of managing daily reception tasks efficiently and warmly. In-person and telephone customer, visitor, and supplier service. Management of calendars, emails, and basic administrative tasks. Coordination of appointments, reservations, or meetings. Support to various departments in organizational tasks. Maintenance of order and smooth operation of the reception area. * COMPLETED PRIMARY EDUCATION * English (spoken Advanced, written Intermediate) * Catalan (spoken Advanced, written Intermediate) * Spanish (spoken Intermediate, written Intermediate) * Competencies / knowledge: Prior experience in customer service, reception, or administration is highly valued. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent interpersonal manner, proactive attitude, and sense of responsibility. Basic knowledge of office software is required. Advanced level of English is mandatory. Knowledge of additional languages is an asset. * Temporary employment contract (3 months) * Intensive working schedule * Gross monthly salary from '1500' to '1800'
