Perform administrative tasks and medical coordination We are looking for three individuals to work as receptionists in Trillo, Guadalajara. The role involves greeting guests, managing their arrivals and departures, and organizing their transportation. Additionally, responsibilities include monitoring schedules for activities and excursions, as well as coordinating medical appointments for IMSERSO users. Daily duties also entail administrative responsibilities, such as conducting cash register reconciliations, managing reservations, and preparing necessary occupancy reports for the hotel. It will be essential to communicate with the housekeeping department to report room status and prepare pre-orders for the restaurant. A minimum of twelve months of prior experience in similar positions is preferred. The contract offered is temporary, lasting six months, with a monthly gross salary of 1\.600 euros, including the pro-rata share of extra payments.
