




Job Summary: We are seeking receptionists to manage customer arrivals and departures, organize transportation, monitor activity schedules, and coordinate medical appointments, in addition to performing administrative tasks. Administrative tasks and internal coordination We are looking for three individuals to work as receptionists in Trillo, Guadalajara. The job involves greeting customers, managing their arrivals and departures, and organizing their transportation. Additionally, duties include monitoring activity and excursion schedules, as well as coordinating medical appointments for IMSERSO users. Daily responsibilities also include administrative tasks such as cash reconciliation, reservation management, and preparing necessary occupancy reports for the hotel. It will be essential to communicate with the housekeeping department to report room status and prepare pre-orders for the restaurant. At least twelve months of prior experience in similar positions is preferred. The offered contract is temporary, lasting six months, with a monthly gross salary of 1\.600 euros, including the pro-rata share of extra payments.
