Managing reservations, cancellations, and modifications in the Property Management System (PMS). Responding to guest inquiries and requests, both in person and via telephone or email. Resolving incidents professionally, coordinating with various departments as needed. ### **Requirements** \*\* You will be our ideal candidate because you can demonstrate your SKILLS in: Real-time problem-solving ability, strong organizational skills, and high customer orientation. Friendly and professional attitude. Good personal appearance, proactivity, and responsibility. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and passion for your profession. Teamwork capability and collaboration with other hotel departments (housekeeping, maintenance, etc.). Customer orientation, with a professional and solution-oriented approach to potential incidents. Minimum 1 year prior experience, preferably in a 4-5 star hotel. High level of English \- minimum B2 \- (additional languages are valued). Proficiency in hotel management software (Ulyses Cloud preferred).
