




Job Summary: This role involves telephone and visitor management, executive coordination, corporate travel logistics, courier service management, documentation handling, invoice registration, and administrative support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage the telephone switchboard and handle client and visitor reception. 2. Coordinate executive calendars, corporate travel, and courier services. 3. Perform document management, invoice registration, and administrative support. \- High-volume telephone switchboard management: call classification and routing to respective departments. \- Client and visitor reception and attendance, as well as supervision and organization of meeting rooms. \- Executive calendar coordination and corporate travel logistics (flights, hotels, reservations). \- Coordination of incoming and outgoing courier services, ensuring timely delivery of documents and packages, and digitizing records in the internal system to ensure traceability and efficient information access. \- Document management and secure bulk dispatches: request, receipt, validation, and archiving of documentation. \- Invoice registration in the system, data validation, and archiving, facilitating compliance with established accounting procedures. \- Collaboration and support for the administration department.
