




Job Summary: Responsible for mail collection and delivery, telephone reception, access monitoring, concierge duties, and general support. Key Highlights: 1. Option for an indefinite-term contract * Personnel whose duties include mail collection and delivery, public orientation, switchboard operation, monitoring of access points, and concierge tasks. * Collaborate with staff on support tasks for other professionals as required. * Record and report incidents related to staff entry and exit at the center during working hours. * Perform basic user-level computer tasks. * Archive requests for early departure or late arrival by service users, as stipulated in the center's internal regulations. * Maintain the access regime established by management for users and visitors to various institutional departments. * Receive maintenance incident reports and forward them to the maintenance department. * Be responsible within the institution for users scheduled for transfer. * Register and supervise entries and exits from the center, including service users and their family members, companions, suppliers, and center staff outside working hours. * Must possess the required authorization and/or relevant experience necessary to perform their duties, in accordance with current regulations.
