Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive, customer-oriented professional to join our Reception team to manage check-ins/outs, reservations, and resolve issues, ensuring a seamless guest experience. Feelathome is a leading company in the management of tourist apartment buildings, committed to quality and customer service. We are looking for 1 proactive, customer-oriented professional to join our Reception team. **Workplace:** Reception desks and buildings in Madrid **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage guest check-in and check-out, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience. * Assist in planning and managing reservations. * Collaborate with the maintenance team and cleaning coordination team to ensure apartments are in perfect condition for guests. * Monitor multiple chats simultaneously, responding to and managing communication with guests. * It is essential to be able to multitask (e.g., apartment inspections, organizing materials and inventory) and willing to move between buildings. * Responsible for identifying and resolving issues that may arise during guests’ stays. **Requirements:** * Minimum qualification: Higher or Medium Vocational Training. * Experience: 1 year. * Language: Native Spanish and advanced English; French is desirable. * Computer Skills: Proficiency in tools such as Word, Excel, and Internet. * Schedule: 10:30–18:30 and 09:00–17:00 (shifts rotate during the week). * 2 rest days per week, rotating between Monday and Sunday (1 weekend off per month). * Fixed salary + variable bonus.
