Job Summary: We are seeking a professional for the front desk of a luxury hotel, responsible for managing check-ins and check-outs, addressing guest requests, and resolving incidents while upholding quality standards. The position outlined below is a key part of our team and contributes to maintaining and elevating the quality standard that has defined Marbella Club for over 70 years. **Key Responsibilities:** * Greet and welcome guests upon arrival at the hotel, managing the check\-in process. * Process guest check\-outs upon departure. * Address and manage guest requests, including message taking, telephone calls, reservations, and other administrative tasks. * Adhere to management directives and follow the quality standards established by LHW. * Handle and resolve guest complaints, requests, and claims at first instance, escalating to a supervisor when necessary. **Profile and Competencies:** * Prior experience in luxury hotels. * Knowledge of hotel products and services. * Proficiency in Opera Cloud. * Advanced level of English and Spanish, with ability to hold fluent conversations and draft correspondence. * Knowledge of a third language at an equivalent level is considered an asset.
