Job Summary: Welcoming and assisting guests, managing reservations, check-in/check-out, and providing support during their stay, including telephone assistance and use of reception software. Key Requirements: 1. Customer service experience (valuable in tourism) 2. Good command of Catalan and Spanish; English and/or French are valued 3. Organizational skills, incident resolution, and teamwork Camping Receptionist (Summer season – July to September) Welcoming and assisting guests. Managing reservations, check\-in and check\-out. Providing information and support to guests during their stay. Handling payments and using the reception software. Telephone and email assistance. * Minimum 1 month of experience. Prior customer service experience (valuable in campsites, hotels, or tourism). Good command of Catalan and Spanish. Knowledge of foreign languages (English and/or French) is an advantage. Basic computer skills (POS systems, email, management software). Organizational and incident resolution abilities. Excellent guest interaction and friendly attitude. Teamwork capability.
