We are seeking a RECEPTION MANAGER for our HESPERIA MURCIA CENTRO HOTEL. What will you do on a daily basis? \- Comprehensive management of the reception department (reception, reservations, concierge, and night audit). \- Coordination and supervision of the reception team, shift planning, and training. ### **Requirements** Ensure excellence in customer experience and proper application of service standards. \- Handling complaints and incidents with a focus on satisfaction and loyalty \- Coordination with other departments (Accommodation, Sales, Events, Maintenance). \- Control of operational procedures, internal audits, and quality assurance. \- Monitoring of departmental KPIs (occupancy, upselling, RevPAR, customer satisfaction). Requirements \- Advanced English proficiency is mandatory. Knowledge of additional languages (French, German, Italian, etc.) will be valued. \- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Reception Manager or similar position in 4-star (or higher) hotels. \- University degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field (desirable) \- Experience with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS), preferably Opera Cloud. \- Leadership skills, customer orientation, and problem-solving ability. \- Availability to work rotating shifts.
