The selected candidate will be responsible for welcoming visitors, managing telephone calls, and performing basic administrative tasks, always in non-traditional office settings such as hotels, healthcare centers, or residential facilities. The offered contract is temporary with full-time hours, allowing stable commitment for the duration of the agreement. Prior experience in customer service and communication skills—both in person and over the phone—is valued. Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays according to service requirements, is also required. The work environment is dynamic and requires organization, courteous interaction, and the ability to quickly resolve unforeseen situations.
