Porta Oberta SMC Association is seeking to hire a psychologist to carry out tasks related to psychological care, emotional support, and promotion of emotional well-being for individuals with mental health problems, their families, and the citizens of Alt Camp and Conca de Barberà. The selected candidate will join a multidisciplinary team and participate in the entity’s various services and projects. 1\. Individual psychological care and emotional support for service users and their families. 2\. Needs assessment, definition of objectives, and development of individual work plans. 3\. Design, preparation, and facilitation of group workshops and activities related to mental health, emotional well-being, self-care, and personal skills. 4\. Support and facilitation of mutual aid groups and family support spaces. 5\. Participation in community, educational, and mental health awareness programs. 6\. Delivery of talks and workshops at educational centers, organizations, municipal facilities, and other community settings. 7\. Coordination with social, healthcare, educational, and other local resources. 8\. Documentation of interventions, case follow-up, and preparation of reports, records, and technical documentation for projects. 9\. Participation in team meetings, professional coordination sessions, and entity-organized activities. 10\. Collaboration in program evaluation and collection of participation and outcome indicators. * Minimum 2 years’ experience. We seek a candidate committed to community mental health, with social sensitivity and skills to work both independently and collaboratively. 2\. Knowledge of community mental health, psychosocial intervention, and recovery-oriented approaches. 3\. Ability to conduct individual, family, and group interventions. 4\. Skills to design and facilitate workshops, talks, and awareness-raising activities. 5\. Capacity for active listening, empathy, assertive communication, and management of emotionally complex situations. 6\. Autonomy, initiative, flexibility, organizational ability, and teamwork skills. 7\. Ability to prepare reports, work plans, records, and follow-up documentation. 8\. Proficiency in both Catalan and Spanish, oral and written. 9\. Digital competencies and proficiency in standard office software. 10\. Additional training in mental health, family intervention, group facilitation, childhood and adolescence, or gender perspective will be valued. 11\. A Master’s degree in General Health Psychology or official health qualification will be valued. 12\. Registration with the Official College of Psychologists will be valued. 13\. Possession of a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for territorial mobility will be valued. 14\.
