We are selecting a Psychologist for a substitute contract in a service providing support to vulnerable individuals. The selected candidate will participate in technical interventions with users. **Main responsibilities:** * Psychological support for vulnerable individuals. * Initial assessment of psychological and social needs. * Intervention in situations of social exclusion. * Support in motivation for change and adherence to resources. * Development of individual social inclusion plans. * Case follow-up. * Coordination with social services and specialized entities. * Support in social emergency situations. * Technical record-keeping in the information system. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's or Licentiate degree in Psychology. * Experience in intervention with vulnerable groups, homelessness, addictions, or social emergencies. **Preferred qualifications:** * Training in social exclusion, trauma, community mental health, addictions, or crisis intervention. * Valid driver's license. * Intervention capability. * Communication skills, active listening, and emotional containment skills.
