We are currently opening a selection process to fill a Customer Service Representative (CSR) Junior position at one of our calibration laboratories located in Badalona.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide pre-service and post-service support within one of the calibration areas of our laboratory (via email, telephone, etc.).
Enter orders into the company’s internal system and coordinate internally with our technical staff to respond promptly to customer requests.
Track orders and any related incidents or issues that may arise.
Handle and resolve inquiries, complaints, or incidents, following the order process from receipt through to delivery to our customers.
Prepare lists and documentation.
Monthly billing for assigned clients.
Monitor intercompany work (between Trescal Spain’s laboratories).
**Requirements:**

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Vocational Training Cycle (CFGS) in Administration, CFGS in Commercial/Marketing, or related fields.
Approximately one year of customer service experience is desirable, in roles similar to those described above—including order entry into systems, customer interaction, and order tracking.
Advanced proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office suite) and email is mandatory.
Immediate availability to join.
Willingness to work in Badalona.
User-level computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work both collaboratively in teams and independently.
Customer-oriented mindset with strong verbal and written communication skills, including active listening.
Ability to identify customer needs and requirements related to assigned orders.
