Description

We are seeking personnel to join the industrial production area. Main responsibilities will involve participation in manufacturing and assembly processes, following the company's established safety and quality protocols. The candidate will work as part of a team, collaborating to meet production targets and delivery deadlines. Tasks include material handling, operation of basic tools and machinery, and quality control of products at various stages of the process. It is essential to maintain an orderly and safe working environment, complying with all occupational risk prevention regulations. The selected candidate will receive necessary training to adapt to the specific tasks of the position and the company's work systems. Initiative, teamwork ability, and willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks or production processes will be positively valued. The objective is to ensure efficient and high-quality production flow, contributing to the overall smooth operation of the plant's industrial activities. A full-time temporary contract is offered. Working hours will follow a rotating shift schedule covering morning, afternoon, and night shifts. Work takes place from Monday to Sunday, with two days off per week according to the shift schedule. The position includes labor conditions stipulated in the applicable sectoral collective agreement. Vocational training at FPI level or Medium-Level Degree in fields such as welding, boiler-making, toolmaking, mold making, machining, or automotive electromechanics is required. In case such qualification is not held, at least two years of demonstrable experience as an operator in a similar industrial environment will be required. A forklift operator license will be positively valued. Basic computer skills and internet usage knowledge are required.
