INTEGRATE OCCUPATIONAL RISK PREVENTION INTO THE COMPANY'S GENERAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM Design, plan, develop, and execute the company’s preventive actions defined in the Occupational Risk Prevention Plan. Design, plan, advise on, develop, and execute the company’s preventive actions defined in the Occupational Risk Prevention Plan. Conduct risk assessments appropriate to your level, as stipulated by applicable regulatory provisions. Provide advisory support to the Area Director on matters related to prevention, occupational health, and employee wellbeing. Propose actions to control and reduce risks. Develop and promote wellbeing programs to improve employees’ quality of life. COMPLIANCE WITH LEGAL REGULATIONS ON OCCUPATIONAL RISK PREVENTION Supervise and ensure compliance with the company’s Occupational Risk Prevention Plan and all other applicable legal regulations on occupational risk prevention (ORP). Ensure coherence between the company’s occupational health and wellbeing policies and the organization’s values and objectives. Carry out periodic audits to verify regulatory compliance. Promote information and training programs on occupational health for workers. COORDINATION WITH EXTERNAL PREVENTION SERVICES AND EXTERNAL BUSINESS ACTIVITIES Coordinate with external prevention services on contracted matters. Coordinate with mutual insurance companies serving the company on department-specific activities. Coordinate and establish necessary controls and resources to guarantee compliance with requirements related to external business activities at company facilities. PERFORMANCE OF CONTROL AND INSPECTION ACTIVITIES Ensure implementation of the company’s occupational health and safety policies. Monitor and evaluate implemented measures, ensuring they meet established standards. Collect and analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and emerging risks. Investigate and analyze work-related accidents and occupational diseases. Monitor implementation of the preventive program and track progress toward departmental objectives. COORDINATION OF POLICIES WITH HRBPs OF WORKSITE UNITS AND OTHER COMPANY AREAS Provide technical advice and assistance to HRBPs on matters related to the department within their scope of work. Promote, integrate, and instruct area managers on prevention policies and plans. Prepare periodic reports on occupational health indicators, accident statistics, and workplace injuries, identifying areas for improvement and proposing corrective measures. **Requirements:** University degree in Engineering, Law, Labor Relations, or Psychology; Master’s degree qualifying for Occupational Risk Prevention practice covering all three specialties (Workplace Safety, Industrial Hygiene, and Ergonomics & Psychosocial Risks).
