The Picking Assistant position is fundamental within the logistics and warehousing chain. The selected candidate will be responsible for order picking tasks, ensuring that requested products are accurately and efficiently collected for subsequent shipment. Work takes place in a dynamic warehouse environment, where organization and attention to detail are essential to maintaining productivity levels and meeting established delivery deadlines. In addition to core picking duties, the role involves participating in goods receipt and organization, collaborating with the team to ensure smooth workflow and orderly storage space. Performance of these functions directly contributes to the optimal operation of the logistics center, supporting daily operations and inventory management. This role requires a proactive attitude and the ability to work both autonomously and as an integrated team member, always prioritizing workplace safety and adherence to standard operating procedures. The environment is active and may involve handling various types of products, making adaptability and physical stamina valuable attributes for the candidate. A full-time contract is offered, with potential integration into the permanent workforce.
