### **The job** As a maintenance staff member, you are responsible for preventive, corrective, and modificative maintenance of facilities, including: * Addressing the daily needs of the Operations Department. * Assembly and disassembly of technical equipment for corporate events and live performances. * Minor multitask repairs: unblocking plumbing, repairing seats (including welding), painting, laying carpet, electrical work, and other non-complex repairs. * Opening supplier deliveries and collecting packages/orders. * Monitoring maintenance service providers (pest control, low-voltage systems, climate control, etc.). * Requesting small quotations. * Legal inspections: Fire Protection Installations (PCI), Generator Sets, Legionella, Emergency Exits. * Managing company email and mobile phone during working shifts. ### **Requirements:** Vocational Training Level II in Electricity or equivalent vocational training program. At least 2 years’ experience in maintenance roles. Knowledge of masonry, plumbing, and climate control is desirable. General knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. ### **Our offer** 6-month temporary contract. Full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, plus event coverage as required.
