We seek a proactive, organized individual with strong attention to detail, capable of maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all tasks. **Key Responsibilities:** * Assist chefs in ingredient preparation (cutting, peeling, mixing, etc.). * Help prepare various dishes following the chef's guidelines. * Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area, utensils, and kitchen equipment. * Strictly comply with food hygiene and safety regulations. * Manage stock levels of basic supplies and communicate restocking needs. * Assist in receiving and storing goods. * Participate in general cleaning of the kitchen and related areas. * Support food plating and service. * Perform mise en place tasks as required by service needs. * Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
