**We are growing! Can you help us?** At **RAS Spain**, we are recruiting an **HR Technician** for our **BARCELONA** office. We are looking for a candidate with a Higher Vocational Training qualification or a University degree in Psychology, Labor Relations and/or HR. Minimum one year of experience performing tasks such as contract management, social security registrations, payroll processing, invoicing, sick leave management (medical leaves), and other typical departmental duties. Moreover, your primary responsibility will be to anticipate our clients’ needs. Your mission will be to MATCH candidates with companies. This includes publishing job offers, screening CVs, conducting telephone, digital and face-to-face interviews, preparing reports, and follow-up. In addition to specializing as an HR Technician, it is important that you enjoy daily interaction with clients, advising them and fostering long-term relationships. **WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?** You must be passionate about human resources and have at least one year of experience in a similar position. Higher Vocational Training or University degree; degrees in Labor Relations, Psychology or Law are especially valued. A person with strong client-orientation and service mindset. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Availability to work on-site from Monday to Thursday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Fridays, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Immediate availability to start.
