Will you help us?** From **RAS Group Spain**, we are recruiting an **HR TECHNICIAN** for our office in **REUS**. We seek a candidate with a Higher Vocational Training qualification or University degree in Psychology, Labor Relations and/or HR. Minimum one year of experience handling tasks such as contract management, social security filings, payroll processing, invoicing, sick leave certifications (ITs), among other typical departmental responsibilities. Furthermore, your primary responsibility will be anticipating our clients’ needs. Your mission will be to MATCH candidates with companies: posting job offers, screening resumes, conducting telephone, digital, and in-person interviews, preparing reports, and follow-up. In addition to specializing as an HR Technician, it is essential that you enjoy daily client interaction, advisory services, and client retention. **WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?** Passion for human resources and at least one year of experience in a similar position. Higher Vocational Training or University degree; preference given to qualifications in Labor Relations, Psychology, or Law. Strong client- and service-oriented mindset. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Availability to work on-site from Monday to Thursday, 9:00–18:00, and Friday in a condensed schedule from 9:00–15:00. Immediate availability to start.
